Terms of Use
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Reperto ("the app", "we") is a tool for musicians to organise their own repertoire, build setlists and use them on stage. By using the app you accept these terms.
1. Content and responsibility
Content you import is for your personal use; you are responsible for owning the rights to it or having permission to use it.
- Reperto does not sell or publish songs and offers no public song catalogue. Every song is added by the user (link, photo, PDF, text or search by name).
- Search by name opens, at your request, freely accessible pages of public chord websites — as a browser would — and shows the source.
- Use content for personal playing, rehearsal and performance; do not reproduce, sell or republish it commercially.
2. Takedown requests from rights holders
Rights holders can request removal of content by writing to [email protected]. Please include the work's title, information about your rights and your contact details; we review requests promptly and remove the relevant content.
3. Account
- You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete your account and all personal data at any time in the app (My Account → Permanently delete my account) — see Account Deletion.
- You may not use the app unlawfully, infringe others' rights or disrupt the service.
4. Subscriptions
- Paid plans (Pro, Virtuoso) are purchased through Google Play or the App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellations and refunds follow the store's rules; manage your subscription in your store account settings.
- For App Store purchases Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple EULA.
5. AI and scope of service
Imports, tags and setlist suggestions are produced with AI and may contain errors; please review them. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will announce important changes in the app. Questions: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
